At TuCasa Constructions, we believe great renovations come down to more than just good building work. They come from trust, communication, experience and an attention to detail that carries through every stage of the project.

Founded by Jaco, TuCasa was built on a simple idea. Treat every home as if it were your own.

The name TuCasa translates to “your home” in Spanish, and that mindset sits at the centre of everything we do. Whether we are renovating a family home on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, transforming a terrace in the Inner West or building an addition on the Central Coast, our focus is always the same: delivering quality work that feels considered, functional and built to last.

We work closely with homeowners throughout the entire process, making sure you feel informed, supported and confident from the initial planning stages through to completion. With strong communication, reliable project management and a commitment to quality craftsmanship, we aim to make the renovation experience as smooth and straightforward as possible.

Make an enquiry

Send through an enquiry form and our team will be in touch within 24 hours.

Intial call back

We’ll give you a call within 24 hours to have a brief chat about your project and what you are looking to achieve.

Speak with our building manager

We’ll arrange a phone call to go through your scope in more detail and schedule an initial site meeting.

Site meeting

One of our building managers will meet you onsite to walk through the project, discuss your ideas and talk through how the build would be staged and delivered.

Detailed quote

Within 10 working days, you’ll receive an itemised quote outlining the scope of works, stages and associated costs.

Project approval and start date

Once you are happy to proceed, we’ll confirm your start date and lock in the schedule.

Construction phase

Work begins on site with clear scheduling and regular updates. You’ll be kept informed throughout every stage of the build.

Completion and handover

Once complete, the site is fully cleaned and handed over, ready for you to enjoy your new space.

Management Team

At TuCasa Constructions, our management team is hands-on, experienced and closely involved in every project we deliver. We believe strong communication and clear leadership are just as important as quality workmanship, which is why you will deal directly with people who understand your build from start to finish.

Led by Jaco, our founder, the team brings together practical building experience with a straightforward, no-nonsense approach to project delivery. We are focused on doing things properly, keeping communication clear, and ensuring every stage of the process runs smoothly.

OWNER & MANAGER

Jacobo Conde

As Owner & Manager of Tucasa Constructions, Jacobo brings over 12 years of construction experience across carpentry, residential building, renovations and project management, along with six years in logistics management.

He holds a Certificate III in Carpentry, Certificate IV in Building, and is a Licenced Builder, Licenced Waterproofer and qualified in asbestos removal. Jacobo also has a Bachelor in Logistics Management and a Diploma in Business.

His areas of expertise include residential renovations and additions, bathroom renovations, waterproofing and building management, with a strong focus on quality workmanship and smooth project delivery.

Jeannette MacLean

As Director of Tucasa Constructions, Jeannette brings 4 years of experience across business development and the construction industry. She plays a key role in shaping the company’s direction, supporting day-to-day operations and driving growth across the business.

Her expertise lies in HR, business development and management, with a strong focus on building efficient systems, supporting the team and ensuring the business runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Christian Wong

As Building Manager at Tucasa Constructions, Christian brings over 10 years of experience across carpentry and building management. He combines strong technical knowledge with a practical, hands-on approach to running sites and delivering projects efficiently.

He holds a Certificate III in Carpentry, Certificate IV in Building, and a Diploma in Building Inspection and Environmental Science.

Christian’s key strengths lie in quoting, site coordination and building management, ensuring projects are accurately scoped, well-organised and delivered to a high standard from start to finish.

BUILDING MANAGER

Chris Archer

As Building Manager at Tucasa Constructions, Chris brings over 22 years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong foundation as a qualified carpenter holding a Certificate III in Carpentry.

He has a deep understanding of on-site construction, project coordination and quality workmanship, with a career built on delivering reliable, well-executed builds. Chris plays a key role in overseeing site activity and ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish.

Jimmy Nelson

As Building Manager at Tucasa Constructions, Jimmy brings 15 years of experience across both commercial and residential construction. With a background as a qualified plumber and gas fitter, he has a strong technical understanding of building systems and on-site coordination.

Jimmy’s expertise lies in practical site management, problem-solving and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard from start to finish.

BOOK KEEPER

Ana Gogenola

Ana is an Accountant and Bookkeeper with over 15 years of experience across finance, banking and construction industries in both Europe and Australia. Ana joined Tucasa Constructions in October 2024, where she manages financial operations, payroll, accounts, reporting and compliance. Her background includes senior leadership roles in banking and finance, providing a strong commercial understanding and attention to detail. Ana enjoys building strong relationships and helping businesses achieve sustainable growth through sound financial management.
