Our Approach
Modernisation of an outdated laundry and powder room, addressing significant underlying issues including faulty plumbing, water damage, and exposure risks such as asbestos and mould. The brief focused on making the space safe, functional and compliant, while also improving layout efficiency and overall presentation.
The existing laundry was fully reconfigured and rebuilt, with improved services, upgraded materials and a refreshed, modern finish that now supports safe and practical everyday use.
